Meet Your Coach
I am a mother and grandmother passionate about health and wellness. I enjoy hiking and bike riding in my free time, as I love to be in nature. I have provided occupational therapy for over 35 years, predominantly in pediatrics. During this time, I have also expanded my knowledge by acquiring training in life coaching and yoga, enabling me to implement new approaches to my existing therapy patients.
I have traveled worldwide to provide occupational therapy services to underprivileged communities. Although I have always supported my patients' parents while treating their children, I am excited to focus directly on caregiving needs through 1-on-1 coaching.
